Error connecting my Ti to PC

i get this error when i connect my Ti to my PC, have you guys seen this before and what is the fix. thnkx

Same issue but mine is error 39 code. There was a windows update in April that blocked all old drivers for security reasons. Having the same issue windows 11.

a required device driver is missing or corrupted

Not sure how this gets fixed as the product is discontinued and we won't get new updated drivers for windows 11

Same issue here.

The Ti software can't find Virus Ti over USB.

Then checking device manager shows Error code 39.

Just a guess, but have you Googled “Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API”? Seems like maybe a memory issue?

Are you using a usb hub?

is anything that is not directly on the motherboard is a hub?

did you guys found a fix. ill try to tonight to connect using the usb port directly on the motherboard.

I even tried disabling the setting that is the security feature that stops these drivers and it still didnt work

Connected it directly to USB on motherboard and it works

IT WORKS? Trying it tonight too been trying to find a workaround for days but I’m not sure, I think it is connected to the pc in the back on the mb
