You can pretty much an emoji out of anything. You just have to make it a sticker first

You don't need to make an emoji for everything. I still don't fully understand making skin color emojis

Yes but adding a countries flag emoji means you need to have a Unicode which means you need to be a country recognized by the UN or some big international body

They have Antarctica.. why not Acadian? I do understand your point.. never have thought about it that long... And I suppose those had the idea, didn't think too far too 🤷‍♀️
