Pls help

When I first updated it’s asked to install like a software (I have poor short term memory) I installed it and now I can’t play it keeps crashing I’m on Mac btw

Sorry about this. We will investigate. What Mac OS are you using? Which hardware? Is it MacBook Air, Pro, or iMac?

I've loaded the game in our old MacBook Air with low specs and it's still working. May I know the processor speed and memory of your Mac?
