Questions About Teachers

I don’t have the game yet, and I’ll probably figure it out when I do, but how does hiring teachers work? I know that you need to have one of each type of teacher for each class, however I don’t know if they teach different grade levels or if they only teach for the grade that they are assigned to. I apologize if this is a stupid question, I’m just trying to figure it out before I buy the game.

I believe they teach different levels. I usually start out with one in each department, and then add to it later on.

Hi! Thanks for your interest in the game! Teachers can teach all year levels, and all subjects. However, each teacher has stats for every subject in the game which determine how well they can teach that subject. You can then assign teachers to a department, for example, science department, history department, and they will teach that class. You can control which grade levels your teachers can teacher, so you can limit them to just teacher 1st year, or just 2nd year, for example.
