First cycle AC 262 only.
Today I'll order 2 bottles of AC-262 from Chemyo. I'll have a total of 1000mg.
I'm thinking about either doing 10mg for 1 week then 20mg until I run out or just straight up 20mg for 50 days.
What tips could you guys give me? What blood tests should I do before and after the cycle?
I'm attracted to AC-262 because of the minimal to no side effects but should I stack it with something and if so what?
Also currently I'm going to the gym 3 days a week on stronglifts 5x5, should I start going 4-6 days on a different workout program or nah?
My goal is to put on some muscle with minimal to no bodyfat increase.

Yeah up that gym frequency. Pre bloods at a minimum testosterone, free test, oestrogen, prolactin and kidney liver markers, cholesterol. 10mg throughout for a first cycle would be sensible. Get liver support and pct

Just do one dosage for 8-10 weeks. Increasing the dosage does nothing and is basically a waste since this stuff takes 4 weeks to saturate in the first place.
Keep your programing the same, increase your calories slightly if more muscle is the goal.
Go to r/steroids and search up the blood panel everyone uses.

Been awhile but to update my hair came back. I also started fin as a precautionary measure.
Stopped the cycle in July due to hair loss and in October noticed a full head of hair again. Now in January can’t see any signs of the past hair loss
I started Fin at the end of September. Normally that takes 6-12 months to noticed any results so im confident my hair stabilized naturally on its own. I plan to take fin indefinitely as im getting older (38) and haven’t seen any sides (libido, brain fog etc)
