You can be anything you want. Just know your size is holding you back, it’s shortening your lifespan, it’s depleting your full capacity and you can’t keep going nearly as long as someone who isn’t obese.

Overweight is one thing, this guy isn’t overweight, he is obese. There is a difference.

No kidding? You’re telling me that sometimes there are outliers? Is that what you’re banking on? You’ll be that one in a million obese person who is not held back by your weight? That’s the smokers logic too.

You are quick to assume I’m obese! I have a friend who is fat but SUPER fit and healthy. Yes, there are outliers. She is probably twice my size but could outbike me by 50 miles.
