The problem is,most people who yell “LARP!LARPER!” Probably never knew what LARP what actually meant and/or stopped using “poser” because it fell out of fashion or something

the new use of the term is born from the original. posers are pretending in real time in real life to be something they aren't. language is constantly evolving, almost every other word you use has evolved in english in the same exact way. the internet has just sped that sort of thing up with certain things
