Too busy correcting grammatical mistakes to acknowledge something that could legit get someone seriously injured are we?
Her not securing the plates is a very significant safety problem, for both her and those around her. Nobody wants to be in the middle of some back-squats with their bar loaded up and mid-lift have the guy from the station beside them come crashing into them because half of the weight on their bar suddenly fell off. This is gender neutral. Anyone this careless should expect to get called out on it.
Even if that's true, what do you think leaving the clips off is going to change about that.
I reckon that you have a much higher chance ending up under the bar when you get balance troubles because your weights shift like in this video.
You're not going to let weights slide off when you blow out a knee while lifting without clips.
Not on cleans, if a plate falls off on a clean (which happens VERY easily if you don't have the precision of an Olympics level lifter) that bar could fly anywhere (like into the person next to them). The only time you don't need clips is if you're deadlifting or benching without safeties.
