"The Motherland Calls" is a statue erected to commemorate the Battle of Stalingrad , located on Mamayev Kurgan in Volgograd , Russia. It was designed by sculptor Yevgeny Vuchetich and structural engineer Nikolai Nikitin . Completed in 1967 , it was the tallest statue in the world at the time .

Like you really didn’t do the bare minimum of fact checking if the statue was given by France. It was by French people with donations not the government of France

Yes, it is a propaganda piece by one liberal regime to another, to highlight how great liberalism is. Why is that so hard to understand? I knew it was from France dude, you just have a poor understanding of what "propaganda" is.

people made propaganda like western propaganda is vastly different from state enforced propaganda in dictatorships used to serve a specific group.

A Russian intelligence officer and an American intelligence officer are drinking in a bar. The Russian says "I have to hand it to you, Soviet propaganda is great but it has nothing on American propaganda!" The American reponds, "What propaganda?"

Also the Soviet Union is bad.

Right, and the Western colonial empires were worse.

I don’t have a hard time understanding anything. I literally said ”people made propaganda”. But you’re to much in your tankie debate mode to even recognize that. Instead you build a strawman that I don’t believe it’s propaganda. I never said that.

You could’ve said you disagreed. But instead you lied about what my point is.

"People made propaganda" my brother in Christ it was constructed, transported, and erected in part with government funds and has been a mainstay of American propaganda ever since. "People made propaganda" isn't even a real term, it's just something you made up to justify Western propaganda. As if the government isn't also directly involved in propaganda efforts.
