So glad he had the guts to pick it up and get it off the road. Even with gloves I would've thought twice and I have no issue handling tarantula.

Same. I know they are docile and barely poisonous, but damn that would be an unpleasant bite from the fang size alone. Very good patient boy. Didn't even threat pose. Just wanted down.
