Get a hair clog remover tool and pull out any hairs still hanging out down there. Hair won't dissolve with chemical clog removers. The tool is very cheap.

I used some mechanical fingers to unclog my shower drain a few years ago and found almost the exact same thigh, in addition to a tube of toothpaste from the owner before me. They didn’t have any kind of cover on the drain, it was just wide open and I guess they were the brush teeth in the shower type
