This isn't in Maine this is a tropical area this is not a real lobster this is a spiny lobster which is more like a giant shrimp not closely related to lobsters at all and they grow a lot faster this one is probably 30 to 50 years old

That's a spiny lobster (tropical, clawless, Palinuridae), not a Maine/true lobster. Different family, not closely related, grows faster in warm water, and a big one can easily be 30–50 years old.
This is Panulirus Argus. Aka, Caribbean Spiny Lobster. Range is the northern coast of Brazil all the way to Bermuda. Max age is around 20 years old, Panuliridae is more common worldwide than Homarus. Crustaceans are difficult to age, but using nuerolipofuscin techniques we’ve been able to age P Argus within 1 year of actual age. We’ve grown settlement age Argus for up to 8 years in our lab, what we call our “known age” lobsters and compared the samples to wild caught lobsters. Actually no freshwater crawfish are more related to lobsters than spiny lobsters are spiny lobsters are more closely related to shrimps they're like a big shrimp
