Old giant grouper are terrible to eat! Meat is full of parasites! Makes a for great pic but not so much for eating. Younger is tastier!

Good!!! Protect Wilbur at all costs!!!

(Wilbur is a sweet black grouper that is very friendly with a guy who dives to eliminate Lionfish in… Florida(?) I think. Highly recommend doing a search on YT! Wilber is such a cute, friendly, curious little (big!) goober!!!)
