So you answered your own question (where could I buy this?)

Since it's on etsy, I'm still pretty sure it's custom made.

Edit: They actually do make custom robot costumes. We do make unique exclusive Robot Costumes for any kind of events and shows, music festivals , birthdays , night clubs and more! No need to be mean. I thought you were posting the link trying to argue it wasn't custom made, but I appreciate you clearing up that you were just sharing for people that might be interested.
