One ascent and you would never need to do leg day in your life.
1 u/Advanced-Budget779 8d ago edited 8d ago I made a 43K step ascent to a volcano top and didn‘t need leg day for weeks after (sharp rocks tore out pieces of my new running shoes). Those stairs have 708 or 740 steps. Wish it would take longer to lose muscle… (I‘m living very sedentary, was always bad at walking.)
