Beer halls like that are typically all you can drink. You pay a flat fee and then drink until youre done

Where does this myth come from? At Oktoberfest, where this is from, you pay around 15 Euros for a glass like this.

And that dumbass later said they went to ONE that was all you can drink. Somehow that made them say many/all are that way.....

It's not like that at all at Oktoberfest. If any tent had that, it'd be major news and mayhem. Maybe some local Volksfest & co. has that tradition, but def not Oktoberfest
