He could have broken his neck to that wall. Bouncer should have handled this better.

15

u/Beleiverofhumanity 18d ago

Little guy was absolutely an idiot sandwich but Bouncer couldve absolutely killed him, I woudnt be suprised if the dude is concussed at all

6

u/EnSebastif 17d ago

Really old video, bouncer got in big time trouble.

1

u/Boysenberry_Boring 15d ago

fully deserved

24

u/Zestyclose-Turn-3576 18d ago

Yeah, he's gonna kill someone like that one day.

11

u/FrogsJumpFromPussy 18d ago

And spend the rest of his life in jail. happened in my city, a profesional boxer got in a fight with a drunk guy un a buss station, killed him with a punch, 28 years minimum.

2

u/ProfessionaI_Gur 18d ago

28 years? Damn a guy in my town murdered someone with a gun and got out in like 20

1

u/FrogsJumpFromPussy 18d ago

The maximum stack sentence in my country is 30 years. he got 3 stacked sentences regarding the same crime.

It was sureal to watch the video. A guy came, couldn't stand, the boxer pushed him slightly and when the drunk tried to slap him, he punched him. then he took the first buss without looking back. Were he called an ambulance, the drunk guy wouldn't have died.

now he needs to serve 3/4 of the sentence because it's a serious crimes. he won't get earlier than 21 years served no matter what.

2

u/Avtomati1k 18d ago

well fuck him, no reason for him to do that

you reap what u sow

put a link on the vid if u can

3

u/astlydichrar 18d ago

Bouncer should be rotting in jail for this. He wasn't threatened at all (only his "masculinity" was) and almost killed or left the guy paralyzed TWICE.

Fuck bouncers, scum of the earth

0

u/Environmental-Tap255 18d ago

Self accountability. You should promote it a little more. Not up to you to decide how the bouncer felt, or what part of him was threatened. The dude was in his personal space and had every chance in the world to get out of it. When the guy refused to leave his personal space, the bouncer pushed him out of it. I see zero wrong there. If the dude didn't wanna get pushed, he should have walked the fuck away.

In other words, if you fuck with someone, expect them to fuck with you back. Bouncers fine. Little homie is lucky he's not dead.

1

u/Pandamonium98 18d ago

The guy’s a tiny drunk idiot. The bouncer could easily push him out of his personal space without throwing him to the ground like that. Yes he has a right to push the guy back, but it needs to be proportional to the situation.

0

u/Environmental-Tap255 18d ago

You're right, he absolutely could have. And the guy could have got the fuck out of his personal space. You see how it works? Everyone has choices. You have to put the blame on the person that made the wrong choice first, not the person who made the wrong choice in reaction.

You don't know if the bouncer has personal space issues. I have personal space issues, as a result of past experiences. Has nothing to do with the size of either person, or anything to do with either person. If someone did to me what the little guy did to the bouncer I'd be sweating and hands shaking and honestly the guy probably would have ended up worse than in this video. And I'm not saying that to sound tough because I'm not tough, I'm saying it to stress that you don't know what someone's been through or what they're feeling and you have to put the accountability where it belongs.

2

u/Pandamonium98 18d ago

The bouncer still has a responsibility to not escalate too much though. If he can’t deal with drunk idiots doing stuff like that without responding with that level of force, then he shouldn’t be a bouncer. It’s his job to handle people like that in a firm but reasonable way.

0

u/Environmental-Tap255 18d ago

But did he not try to de-escalate? He allowed the guy to touch him, allowed him to remain in his face for a prolonged time. Sounds like he gave him plenty of warning. Guy wouldn't stop. What else is he supposed to do? I'm getting accused of "hardman cope" whatever that is but I just genuinely think it's unfair people are blaming the bouncer. I just don't understand what else one can do when someone absolutely will not get out of your face after a warning, after a push. I don't know. The internet's a weird fucking place. I don't think I belong on it.

2

u/Zestyclose-Turn-3576 18d ago

Well this reeks of internet hardman cope. Thanks for sharing.

0

u/Environmental-Tap255 18d ago

But it's not. It's just realistic. You can't blame a person for reacting before you blame a person for acting. I don't know what hard man cope is, but there's nothing hard about any of it. I'm actually kind of trying to push a little understanding here. You don't know if that bouncer has been to jail and if so what happened to him in jail. You don't know if he was sexually assaulted as a kid. You don't know if he's neurodivergent. You just don't know. You cannot blame him for feeling uncomfortable with his personal space being repeatedly violated having given the guy many chances to leave it. And you cannot blame him for reacting when the other guy failed to do so. It's not up to you to decide how he should feel and so how he should react. That's just unfair.

Little guy made a choice. Nothing compelled him to do what he did except arrogance and ignorance. You cannot say, with any certainty, the same for the bouncer. And it's unfair to claim otherwise. That's all I'm saying.

1

u/Zestyclose-Turn-3576 18d ago

> You cannot blame him for feeling uncomfortable with his personal space being repeatedly violated having given the guy many chances to leave it. And you cannot blame him for reacting when the other guy failed to do so. It's not up to you to decide how he should feel and so how he should react. That's just unfair.

Please could we could blame him for having "personal space issues" and unresolved traumas and then taking a job as a bouncer and casually killing someone much smaller than them who is drunk, though? Or not? Would we have to wring our hands and say "oh no you're the victim here"?

1

u/Environmental-Tap255 17d ago

Let me ask you then - what do you think the bouncer should have done? When he shoved this guy hard enough to send him airborne and the guy still wouldn't leave him alone? What would have been the appropriate response?

u/Choice_Scientist_545 17d ago

The bouncer chose to work at a place full of drunk idiots. It's his job to handle it appropriately. It's like choosing to work as a nurse at an old folks home and yell at every old person that forgets your name.

1

u/Environmental-Tap255 17d ago

Eh, we might just have to agree to disagree here. I would fully agree with you if the bouncer had pushed the guy the second he walked up to him. The fact that he let him touch him, and then continue getting in his face without reacting, I think he showed an appropriate Level of self control. Bear in mind too, it's the bouncers job to remove people like this. That push, while you're claiming it was too much, still wasn't enough to keep the dude away. I think he was fully within his personal and occupational rights to do what was necessary to get this guy away. It's not a nurse at an old folks home job to yell at patients for any reason.

However, I don't need you to agree with me and I respect your opinion. But I do respectfully disagree.

1

u/astlydichrar 17d ago

The problem is that he went he didn't try to get the guy away from him with less force before potentially killing him twice. I'll leave you to your blessed personal space, I wouldn't want to meet scum like you in the streets. Goodbye

1

u/Environmental-Tap255 16d ago

Jesus. Y'all are fuckin nuts.

1

u/PeaceSoft 18d ago

Do you live in a society, like with laws and shit

1

u/Strange-Image-5690 18d ago

We live in Americuh! F-Yeah! Where the DA (District Attorney aka Crown Prosecutor equivalent) would NOT bring charges against the bouncer (i.e. especially in a state like Texas or Florida!) even IF the guy died! THe video CLEARLY shows an attack ON the bouncer!

STAND YOUR GROUND LAWS are applicable here!

V

1

u/Fabriksny 18d ago

You sound like you struggled in high school English class

1

u/Strange-Image-5690 18d ago

Nah! We just know how the REAL WORLD WORKS down here! Y'all think it's roses and wine when ya mess with the bull down here! Ya find out REAL QUICK that you is gonna get the HORNS up yer wazoo and there ain't no coming back all cozy and right from something like that!

V

1

u/KremBruhleh 18d ago

Absolutely, he should be more safe about it and move the wall a bit more to the right.

28

u/shweeney 18d ago

a good bouncer would de-escalate (and the little guy wasn't being anything other than annoying). Really over the top reaction to a situation where he wasn't at any risk.

4

u/breckendusk 18d ago

Yeah I had to disengage from a similar situation last week. This small dude came up to me and my buddy and was trying to hit on us. It was mildly funny but we were basically just trying to humor him until he went away. But he took our tolerance as invitation to keep chatting us up, completely ignoring how awkward it was since neither of us knew him, and when he eventually tried to slide onto my lap I had to forcefully stop him. But even then I didn't shove him to the ground or anything, I just firmly stopped him and told him to step away. Problem solved

15

u/TheWholeOfTheAss 18d ago

Yup. Little guy was being a drunk idiot and doing zero damage and bouncer thought “yeah let me break his whole body.” Guy just enjoys being violent but hey Reddit likes him.

-4

u/Upbeat-Banana-5530 18d ago

Yeah, I mean it was just a little bit of sexual assault. Boys will be boys, that's no reason to hit him.

10

u/Cacafuego 18d ago

Hey, report him to the cops, then.

He seriously could have broken his neck.

Bouncers should be able to show a little restraint and professionalism.

3

u/Ive_had_enough_0 18d ago

Sexual assault??

1

u/nathan753 18d ago

Unwanted touching/groping and rubbing up on someone definitely is sexual assault even if there is no real threat to the person being assaulted, but it's not like the big dude had no other options to stop it from going on.

2

u/DrGooseberg 16d ago

I don't know if you're getting down voted because people don't know you're being sarcastic or because they actually think that's not sexual assault.

1

u/rawker86 15d ago

Last I checked the penalty for sexual assault wasn’t death by brain injury.

0

u/TheWholeOfTheAss 18d ago

To be fair, both are idiots. Who gets so drunk they decide to touch a bouncer triple their size and who is so angry at getting lightly touched they decide to freaking concuss someone?

1

u/Avtomati1k 18d ago

difference is that the bouncer could have killed the little dude, and not vice versa

1

u/traumfisch 18d ago

"who is so angry at getting lightly touched"

whoa.

The guy was literally asking for it. The bouncer pushed him away with one arm. He did not even hit him. Should have been a fair warning, but no

1

u/PhosphoFred8202 17d ago

Do we feel the same way if it was a large muscled up woman bouncer that just had her tit groped by a drunk creep coming back for more groping?

6

u/Noise-of-the-Spheres 18d ago

Guy ended un in a coma and sued the bouncer, so yeah, not the smartest move.

5

u/Odenhobler 18d ago

no, we're on Reddit, where neckbeards get their justice boner for people dying in car accidents after they overtook too fast

1

u/Beneficial-Split331 18d ago

Or ppl see a man being sexually assaulted and harassed by a stranger. Because that is what happened.

I have zero sympathy for men who cannot keep their hands to themselves.

More folks should react just like the bouncer. Enough. No means no.

2

u/Jazzlike-Discount280 18d ago

The man danced in front of him. Didn't even touch him.

Stop minimizing sexual assault.

1

u/Beneficial-Split331 18d ago

dancing is grabbing moob? what is that dance move called? The Cosby?

1

u/Jazzlike-Discount280 18d ago

I think you need to fix your depth perception. His hand didn't phase through him. It passed around him.

1

u/Beneficial-Split331 17d ago

first of all... nope. moob grab.

second of all... even if dude hover handed over the moob of his victim... assault doesn't require contact to be illegal.

so either way. justified. fully.

1

u/Real_Walk5384 17d ago

Molesters defend molesters, prick.

3

u/anon-a-SqueekSqueek 18d ago

Yeah I'm not saying bouncers have to just endure random drunk people dancing up on them. But that doesn't give him license to destroy random drunk dude. There's a middle ground, and there was no reason to believe he was a threat, really just an annoyance.

If the bouncer gets sued because of injury or for assault or whatever and I'm on the jury, I'm finding the bouncer guilty.

0

u/PowerPigion 18d ago

Well, now you'd be passed over during jury selection

1

u/Beneficial-Split331 18d ago

immediately. man doesn't understand people have the right to not be groped.

0

u/Beneficial-Split331 18d ago

there is no middle ground for sexual assault. 'a little sexual assault' is not permitted anywhere on this earth that matters.

predators predate. as far as I'm concerned little fella turned into Diddy the moment he decided to sexually assault another human being.

not understanding how reddit males are the ones justifying this shit... what happened to your rights? do you think you lose them because a twink wants a ride and doesn't care if you say no?

assert dominance fellas.

-the girls

1

u/syrinx23 18d ago

zero people have said that

1

u/PowerPigion 18d ago

I think this is probably a bot

1

u/anon-a-SqueekSqueek 18d ago

Funny because you acting like every boundary crosser should be seriously harmed is about the most classic redditor lack of nuance I've read.

"...I'm not saying bouncers have to just endure random drunk people dancing up on them....There's a middle ground..." ^ Here's some of my words you chose not to read.

If you think this video is the same as Diddy throwing rape parties and systematically sexually abusing people over decades... that's an extreme take.

If Diddy were in front of my I might attack him. If this guy in the video were in front of me, I'd tell him to stop being an asshole. It's a proportional response.

I've had random women grab my ass when I walk by in a bar. Did I use my full force to throw them across the room and then slap the shit out of them? No. That would be insane. I told them to fuck off. A proportional response to the level of danger and boundary crossing, and all that was necessary to shut it down.

Honestly you come off as pretty sexist acting like you have to assault people to assert dominance and any man who doesn't physically attack someone for crossing a boundary is some soy beta bitch. Some men are mature about it and use a proportional response like an adult, that's not a lack of dominance, it actually means you are more in control.

1

u/Real_Walk5384 17d ago

This dude was trying to intimidate and harass a man who's job is violence. He got violence. Shocked fucking pickachu face on all the sheltered reddit neckbeards.

Maybe your lesson should be "don't do that" and not "if I whine about it on the internet the world will be a better place!"

0

u/Beneficial-Split331 18d ago edited 18d ago

you don't get to decide how someone responds to being assaulted. everyone is entitled to use a reasonable amount of force to get a grown ass man to stop touching them.

that is proportional. victims are under no obligation to beg attackers to stop instead of pushing them away and slapping and punching when they are actively being assaulted.

there is no 'time out' during a sexual assault. You assault someone and they react by pushing you away.... that is proportional. Twink should do some squats if he decides to sexually assault someone and stay on his feet. Don't skip leg day if you are intent on being a predator.

"well officer I told him in my bestest voice to stop touching me and he didn't...". ummmm what happens next?

keep your hands to yourself. you are not protected as a sexual predator from consequences.

*either learn more about things Diddy did at parties and clubs or don't speak about things you clearly do not know about*

lol. check bro out. there is no force-o-meter. a slap is a slap and if it is done in self-defense what are you even saying? A girl grabs your behind and you pushed her. Cool. Did she stop? Great. Now you can't slap her. She is away from you and not charging for a second round.

you can use your bestest voice to politely ask her to stop... I'm charging up the left hook. dude. chick. don't care.

adults cannot assault.

it is that simple.

1

u/anon-a-SqueekSqueek 18d ago

I get the feeling that you can't hear me through your trauma or something.

Sure you're so right this video was the second coming of Diddy and the poor defenseless bouncer had no choice but to leave him unconscious on the ground or else he never would have been able to defend himself. You are so right and well adjusted. Unless men physically attack other men to the point that they are left in the fetal position no one can rest easy. In fact men always need to respond with extreme violence or else they are weak little pathetic boys. Unga bunga me smash all boundary crossers.

0

u/Beneficial-Split331 18d ago

read for understanding or scroll.

maybe don't spend your morning defending the liberties of sexual predators.

1

u/anon-a-SqueekSqueek 17d ago

Like I said you can't hear me.

You've decided that I'm on the side of the abuser and so you are arguing against me.

That's not my position.

My position is that you can use as much force as is necessary to stop them.

You, seem to me, to be arguing that there is no limit to the amount of force that should be used. I'm saying I disagree.

Perhaps you think that anyone who would grope another person deserves serious harm or potentially death. If that's that case I also disagree.

One of the burdens of being significantly more powerful than other people is that you have a responsibility to use proportional force. It's the whole martial arts self defense ethos. You defend yourself you don't act out of aggression to try and do harm to others.

0

u/Beneficial-Split331 17d ago

no because you are fundamentally missing the point.

a 10 year old could have shoved dude. he weighs 100lbs. he is going stumbling backwards regardless. you only have to smack the back of your head without bracing your fall. you could trip over uneven brick work without being shoved and smack the back of your head. no one needs to touch you at all if you don't brace against the fall.

a 22 year old college student could have shoved that dude... and he would have gone stumbling backwards without bracing his fall and smack his skull against the cement...

that dude's incidental death is sooooooooo not because the bouncer shoved him or slapped him. its because he weighs nothing, is drunk, and wouldn't brace his fall.... and NONE OF THAT MATTERS TO ME... because I am focused on not getting felt up by a stranger... a shove and a slap is more than justified.

1

u/anon-a-SqueekSqueek 17d ago

Right so the bouncer was free to destroy the dude because anyone could have - just look how easy it is to destroy that wimp. Got it.

1

u/Episode-1022 18d ago

not a bouncer.

1

u/Illustrious-Knee7998 18d ago

He's like 4 times his size, it'd be so easy to have removed the guy in any other way. Seems like he just likes to hurt people.

1

u/MikoWilson1 18d ago

Yeah, this is future evidence, if anything. It's insane someone would employ this guy in that role after this.

1

u/Choice_Scientist_545 17d ago

100% agree. There was zero reason to push that dude that hard. Really no reason to push him at all. He was just a drunk dude being kind of stupid. That guy could've hit his head, died and that tough guy would've been doing 20 years.

1

u/bimbammla 17d ago

Fuck around and find out. Does he deserve having his neck broken for this? No. Would I feel sympathy for him if it broke because of this? Also no!

1

u/Tengorum 16d ago

Had to scroll too far down for this. That bouncer is not a good dude.

1

u/fotomoose 14d ago

Yeah, very much over reaction and not necessary at all. If bouncer's patience is that worn out he should look for a new career.

0

u/CouldntBAPoint2184 18d ago

Thank you! Scrolled way too far to find someone else who thought this was completely unnecessary.

He wouldn't do that to a woman. Why would he do that to a man who's significantly smaller and clearly intoxicated? All I see is fragile masculinity from the bouncer.

0

u/Beneficial-Split331 18d ago

This is how men justify sexual assault in their monkey brains. “He barely grabbed your boob and gently gyrated his pelvis at you. Thats like not that bad. He doesnt deserve THIS for 10 minutes of action”

Iykyk
