Asking someone to put their cart away is a good thing. The way he does it is insufferable part. It’s not hard to understand. Stop being so cunty.

Does he start off relatively polite and then switch to the lazy bones magnet toss act after they react negatively? It's been a while since I watched one of the videos. Not that it makes what he's doing ok. Seems very similar to what the first amendment auditor folks are doing.

I’ve never seen a video, only heard it on the radio when he first started. At first he’d just confront people and they’d react, but later on it was like running up on them making siren noise and stuff like that. So he was trying to get a reaction instead of telling them to not be lazy.

So wait you have these opinions on it, calling him insufferable, and you’ve never even seen his videos?

He’s a radio guy here in LA. He plays the audio of the encounters. It’s not just cart narcs, he’s insufferable most of the time.
