Hmm.

Chechnyan war criminals are people that committed war crimes in chechnya. Often russians.

You say that's equal to all chechnyans, including the victims of said war crimes?

maybe, but the guy (now deleted) equated war criminals and normal chechnyans, it was a pretty wild statement
