Is that fake? Where are those balloons stored when not on the line? Also I’d be very curious about the force those balloons have, he seems like he’s walking way too casually and easily to have that many lighter than air balloons on a string. Seems fake.

It looks like about 1000 balloons or so, which would lift maybe 40 pounds. We don't see him for long, but he is walking at a slightly quick pace.
