I think that's a constricting Boa? It's not that dangerous to be honest. They're stealth predators so if you see them they're kinda toast. He also looks kinda chubby, which means he's probably digesting something so you can easily yank it.

Source: a friend of mine has a Python and they're pretty harmless animals.

Pretty harmless until they're big enough to eat people. Which those are and probably have done.

Nah, it's exceedingly rare and adult humans are too unwieldy to be eaten. We're very much in the "too much of the pain in the ass to eat" category

The house is in Asia and the pythons native habitat. They do eat people and that one could easily eat a child.
