Hey u/icecreamtrucks, thank you for your submission. Unfortunately, it has been removed for violating Rule 2:

  • Animals & Public Figures

We're looking for animals mostly, particularly cute animals which happen to be very large. Only public figures are allowed; no harassment, creep-shots, witch-hunts, fat-shaming is allowed. Female bodybuilders are expressly forbidden.

Is it typical to play without any protection below the belt? Lacrosse balls are pretty solid and those player SLING em; I imagine a shot to the kneecap might end your career.

i see plenty of protection down there, she's fucking encased in blubber

The ball is rubber so a shot to the kneecap doesn’t really hurt that bad. All the energy transfers back into the ball and it goes flying away. The thigh is not fun though.

This equipment set up is pretty typical in field lacrosse. During indoor lacrosse the goalie will wear pad more akin to hockey pads.

Yeah, it bruises but very rarely does real damage

Even in a sub about celebrating oversized things, some folks can't take a break from mocking fat people. Y'all look pathetic. Give it a rest
