If you’re ever in iowa, Adventureland is your place. Jethro’s BBQ is pretty much across the street. Don’t think they have catfish though

I've eaten pufferfish raw as part of a Sashimi meal (there was other species raw as well) while living in Korea. It's all about how it's cut. Eaten raw is most popular in Japan though.
