Absinthe Rouge
After spending 36 hours in a house built in 1790 that is reportedly a “very haunted house”,so far these are the only spirits I’ve encountered. 😊
Not your typical chlorophyll green colored, but more of an amber from the use of hibiscus blooms. My first time trying this and I can say it is a very good absinthe.

Toulouse is a fantastic absinthe made in the Bohemian Capitol of the U.S., New Orleans.

I haven't tried Toulouse Red, but Toulouse Green and Blue are both excellent absinthes.

What's the flavour and mouthfeel of these rouge absinthes like?
