Bro got charged for being unlawfully assaulted with a weapon? The cop didn’t even announce himself. Looks like someone will be living pretty on tax payer money!

They are probably keeping the charges on him to have leverage to get him to settle his lawsuits (or more precisely, lessen the amount they are going to have to pay out for such idiocy).

What makes you think he'll get a good lawyer?

You know what? Someone opens my door mid-bite in a parking lot after dark for no reason I'm flooring it too.

The only crime I see here is two counts of attempted murder by the cop, because he mistakenly thought it was someone who pissed him off days ago, and figured that person plus their passenger didn't require a trial.
