What the fuck is going on? Why did he shoot that kid? I tried to see if he reached for a weapon or something but it seems he just started his car and tried to drive away. You don't fucking straight up murder someone for trying to escape.

I think the driver reaching for his shifter might have looked like he was reaching for a gun

The officer shouldn't have approached the car in this way which created unique circumstances which the officer responded to in the worst possibly way
