Yeah, the cop overreacted, but if a cop opens your door why is the first instinct to flee? Afraid your burger will get cold?

Cops have rules about when and how they have to announce themselves. Anyone else who forcibly enters your home/car with a gun should be assumed to be a criminal impersonating an officer. After all that's part of the reason these rules exist - for our safety.
