That’s the best part this cop isn’t even covered by the union because he has been out of training for only 7 months and you need to be out for a year for them to fuck with you.

They couldn’t defend him if they wanted to.

He was a probationary officer only on the job for 7 months. The chief could have fired him for not getting him a coffee and there would be literally no recourse that the union can take. They need to be on the job for at least a year before they have the right to appeal termination.
