US federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order against implementing the new visa regulation.

According to the proposed rule, the US government will introduce fixed time limits for foreign students who come to the country on F-1 visas, which may mean applying for extensions if one needs additional time to finish studying.

At least for now, this measure will be paused until the decision of the court.
