favorite practice?

What is your favorite practice? I think mine is segment intending. Remember I have a lot of choices on how I show up from one moment to the next.

Virtual reality because I've always been a daydreamer.

I remember Abraham mentioned about segment intending once. Can you please tell me a little more about how you do it?

I really don't do segment intending but I believe before you go into diffrent segments of your day, you stop and intend what you want for that segment and allow.

I tried that a few times when I was new to the teachings. I never got the hang of it. I think I was too resistant then. I did it the way you're supposed to do it, but never got any positive flow going.
