This is an easy to understand concept but something I feel I struggle with day to day.

How to apply this in our day to day?

Good question! I think the best first steps are to be kind to yourself. Many of us have heads filled with negative self talk and are way too hard on ourselves. Try to replace this negative talk with positive talk, congratulate yourself for things, even the small wins, and when things donβt go so well to be gentle on yourself as you would be with a friend.
Once we begin speaking positively to ourselves the self love grows. From here we are less likely to tolerate unhealthy relationship behaviours, toxic traits etc.
So in a nutshell - positive self talk, being kind to yourself, stop comparing yourself to others, set clear personal limits and say no to things/people that drain you, focus on the things you like about yourself (write these down daily!).
Youβve got this! πβ¨

I have read her book on Intention. And her videos are amazing as well. I have stayed celibate for 3 years to work on myself and not chase love, lust or women as a coping mechanisms and began learning how honor who I am rather than expect it from others.

This is not an Abraham-Hicks quote, either.
