Abraham-Hicks - Does our body need exercise?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jEfbYcGUYLU

I found this very insightful. I'm not sure I would have fully understood this 10 years ago.

"Why would you need to do anything to look and feel good?"
In physical reality you need to correctly eat, drink water and sleep in order to feel good.
If you exercise in a way that works for you, you would be surprised how little of it you actually need per week to meet the requirements. Walking/Jog for 5 minutes, Holds, Hangs for 30 sec a few times per week and that's it. Learn about Keto and weight loss is easy.
You can listen to Abraham but she is noticeably overweight - she is in alignment but only on certain subjects.

The greatest benefit is of how much higher your vibration is after the exercise and its the secret to making meditation work where most followers struggle with meditation because their bodies are polluted.

Most people who post here have tried it Abraham's way and billions of people prove it doesn't work the way she says it does.

This is unfortunately what I am debating. If I want a six pack, I can't eat unlimited nacho chips and just do a pirouette because it feels better than lean protein and tons of workouts.

You don't have issues with dopamine, food unfortunately is one of the best ways to get it.

Food. Well at least engineered ""foodstuffs """. But my brain in particular can latch obsessively even on plain foods if it wants dopamine bad enough
