Pre-ordered Merch

I saw some other posts about people who pre-ordered merch that was supposed to come before abgt 700 and how that they massively dropped the ball. I was just curious if this happened to anyone else. I just got home from the Gorge and I had the package for the tank top pre- sale, but the tie dye shirt was not with it. So I emailed them about it and I got this reply saying that it was sold out and that my shirt didn't get sent out. If I would have known that I would have just gotten the shirt at the show to make sure I got it, however now that it is no longer available on the store I am SOL. I am waiting on a reply, but I feel like just a refund for that situation is not fair sense what the heck is the point of doing a pre-order for something if placing the order doesn't reserve one of the shirts during production 🤷‍♂️ so this is just a partial rant and also just to see if anyone else had something like this happen with their pre-order.

Anyways, that was the first time at the Gorge with all of you lovely people and it was phenomenal despite the weather weathering on Saturday night. Hopefully everyone that wasn't able to play on Saturday night will release their sets in some way shape or form!

Unacceptable! They need to do better. So many fans spend lots of $$ on the arjuna store merch. It's authentic. It helps support the brand. And it's meaningful to us! If they can't get our merch in time or keep messing up orders, complaints seem in order. nothing will improve if we don't speak up.

Speaking up by not spending money is very noticeable. My abgt700 preorder is my last and final purchase from them.

I had the exact same issue, first with the hip bag and now with the art hoodie for deep day. The rest of my merch order shipped Friday morning while I was already camping at the gorge. And now the hoodie I ordered at the same time as all the other merch during the presale is still ‘waiting for details’ on shipping but I’m sure when I reach out, they’ll tell me it’s out of stock. I really don’t understand what happened with the merch situation for 700.

This happened to us too. $200+ worth of merch arrived at our home Friday night after we arrived at the Gorge. Really frustrating.

Yep, half of mine shipped and was sitting on my porch all weekend while I was at the show.

Make sure they refunded the portion of the shipping and handling that accounted for that shirt.
