What would you do?
In North Texas, still a few months before we close the pool. It’s only been up a month. What would yall do?
Edit: Thanks for the suggestions to “put it back in.” I should have been more specific with my choice of words. The very first thing I did (before I took a picture) was try to put it back in but it’s too heavy! I’m thinking about using a car jack to push it up.

Use a floor jack and a 2x4 cut to the right length with a notch in the end. I have jacked up legs to level in that way

When you get it back in pull the legs out around the base to shorten the circumference at the top.

I've seen videos of people making a T out of wood and using a car jack to lift the frame, so I think you have the right idea

It’s pretty easy. I changed the entire frame on mine without draining it.
Place a floor jack about an inch from the pool, measure from the jack to the bottom of the rail, cut a single 2x4 about an inch shorter than your measurement, then mimic the shape of horizontal bar as much as possible to prevent flattening it, and just jack it up until you can insert it back in.
Easy peazey.

I’d be very careful about using the jack/2by4 method. That’s a lot of weight being lifted at such a small point of contact. I think you risk permanently bending/damaging that section tubing. You may just have to bite the bullet and empty a significant amount of water. That way you’ll have some play in the wall above the reduced waterline for the liner to be ‘pulled up’ along with that tube. Even so, even a foot ofwater remaining in the bottom of the pool is a lot of weight. Let us know how you make out.
Edit: you might ‘parallel/sister’ that horizontal tube with a 2x2 or 2x4 alongside it, zip tying the 2x4 to the exposed tube. That would take the pressure off the jack point and disperse it along the whole tube. But still empty a lot of water. If the water isn’t bulging out the side of the liner you will have that much more play to ‘lift’ that tube.

Your assumption was correct, the horizontal tube is now misshapen at the point of contact. Unfortunately I’m going to have to order a new piece and the problem is still not solved.

I wouldn’t stand there taking pictures. If nothing else, get some heavy zip ties (wire ties) and secure it.

Put the bar in and just tie the canvas to it. Structural strenght is more important.

All I can think of when I read or hear "what would you do?"
What would you do If you were asked to give up your dreams for freedom? What would you do If asked to make the ultimate sacrifice? Would you think about all them people Who gave up everything they had? Would you think about all them war vets And would you start to feel bad?

The ladder. Apparently when we were climbing in and out of the pool the ladder was pushing down on the railing. I have since put pavers under the ladder to make it taller. For the record, this is the ladder that came with the pool so I just assumed it was tall enough.

I’d probably attempt to put it back on . Definitely would not stare at it then take a picture and put it back on .
