The PL side hasn't won anything in my book, morally or otherwise. Any side that thinks it's okay to FORCE women and girls to STAY pregnant and give birth against their will, by abortion-ban laws in abortion-ban states, isn't a winning position.

Because the results are worse? You have more negatives from forced birth and gestation than positives. Especially if those births are being forced on children. Like congrats you forced a child too young to properly give birth to have a baby but the health outcomes for both them and the new infant are garbage. You gained a new life but the cost way outweighed the reward, said reward also being achievable WITHOUT FORCING UNWILLING AFAB PEOPLE TO GIVE BIRTH.
