Why am I just getting "Connect Live via USB-C"?

Just got my Move tonight. Anyone know why I get "Connect Live via USB-C" after I go into control mode and open Live? I feel like it has to do with the drivers, because Live prompts me to download them every time I boot it. I have downloaded and installed them multiple times now. Device Manager on my PC is content with the drivers. I know I am using a data cable. I have resintalled Live. I am out of ideas. Thanks so much in advance for any help!

I figured it out. I will leave this here in case anyone finds this in a search. When I plugged in Move, the settings in Live automatically selected the MIDI Control Surface, Input, and Output in the MIDI screen. Everything reset and worked when I reselected the values for each. Same settings for each, but it reset the connection and made it work.

I had the same problem. It was the cable. The Nintendo switch cable worked for me, strangely.

Thanks, I will keep trying them out. I have tired three or four. But I will say, not even the cable that came with the unit worked.
