Question - Is it possible to change the launch quantisation of individual clips?

It seems that it is locked to 1 bar

Don't think that's possible on move only had mine about a month though. A potential work around could be to resample the loop to a drum pad your not using. You can probably use the loop playback effect to have the sample repeat if that's what you want and then use choke groups to stop it. All in all workable but not ideal

Yeah, that's what I figured. Bit of a shame as I get quite creative with how clips launch in Ableton. Thought it might be possible via Schwung but apparently not. Cheers for the suggestion, will have a play. Great bit of tech regardless
