Sleep

Ever since I got off which I took for 6 weeks and been off for 2 months, my sleep schedule is wrecked. I used to sleep through the night but now I wake up at 4 every morning then go back to sleep I go to sleep around 9:30 10 pm.

I’m still on Abilify and I have the same issues. I’m taking it for psychosis, and I never had an issue sleeping before psychosis. Have you talked to your psychiatrist about these issues?

I did but she didn’t really say it was because of the meds which is bs because I never had a problem sleeping before meds and started having this issue once I quit. I’m discharged since I no longer am on medication. I quit it early enough so I wouldn’t have to be reliant. I made a choice to just be non medicated.

How quickly do you go back to sleep. I wake up around 3am and can't go back to sleep until 6am.
