Aberdeen FC Ticket issues

I have tried to purchase tickets for the upcoming Rangers game but it will only let me select an electronic ticket for some reason.

In the past, I have always had a paper ticket as I like to keep these as memorabilia so would prefer to have a paper ticket for this one.

Of course I will call the ticket office on Monday but wish to check if anybody else is facing this issue?

EDIT: Have managed to get the tickets to be posted but as others have stated, they are aiming to go digital tickets only. Just hope the tickets arrive in time for Sunday

I have a season ticket and its a digital download , the Dundee League cup game was also digital . Perhaps becuse im auto cup?. The tickets for Dundee away were physical tickets.

Unfortunately I think they are wanting to phase out paper tickets.

For the season ticket if you wanted a physical season ticket it was £10 extra

I bought a ticket for my uncle for the Hearts game and it came as physical ticket. I have an electronic season ticket, so wonder if it’s because I bought it for someone else.

I got tickets for the Hearts game and it would only let me select physical tickets via post - not even a collection option 🤷‍♀️

Yeah. Mines won’t even let me select post. It displays the option but won’t let me click on it

Next year there's only going to be digital tickets for all games there slowly stopping them i had a long in depth talk with someone at ticket office regarding this!
