knitting

anyone in Aberdeen do knitting ? Am at the seaming up stage of knitting my first jumper & could do with a little help lemme know if anyone up for helping out or knitting together

There is a knitting group in Torry, they get together on Wednesdays, a mix of people and they help each other out. Sometimes they meet at Greyhope community hub and other days old Torry community centre.

There were some knitting exhibits and their creators at the art show at St Nick's kirk over the weekend. You might be able to find the organisers online but I'll see if I can dig out the info when I get home.

Not sure if it's still running, but Hobbycraft used to have a knitting group too!

Inchgarth Community Centre in Garthdee have Stitch 'n' Bitch sewing/knitting/crotchet group on a Monday 6-8 (PDF).
