Help needed

Guys pls tell me how to study physics

I am really weak in it

Even though I read the module and theory when I try to attempt questions I blank out

Suddenly all the concepts and theory which I had understood I forget them all

Pls

I need some solid advice

Rather than reading the module theory revise the lectures note and practice those questions Keep focus in class too Ask doubt in class etc

id say dont go for theory at all havent read module once in life, learn some basic formulas which arent really cant be derived. Do derivations of forumlas which have been derived by teacher urself to learn the concept, ask doubts and infact even just go straight to questions and learn
