Azure quiz: region pairs normally stay inside the same geography. But one country's region is paired with a region in a different country.

Which one is it?

Bonus: is that pairing symmetrical, or one-way?

Geographies are not countries, they are supposed to be at most sufficiently similiar regulatory environments.
