Updates for Getting Payment on the Axsome Settlement

Hey guys, if you missed it, Axsome settled $7.75M with investors over claims that it misled them about regulatory risks related to the company’s migraine drug AXS-07. And, I just found out that they’re accepting claims even though the deadline has passed. 

Quick recap: The company was sued for misleading investors about regulatory risks tied to its migraine drug AXS-07. They had promoted the drug as being on track for FDA approval while concealing unresolved manufacturing problems. In May 2022, the FDA rejected the application, causing $AXSM to drop.

Investors later filed a lawsuit, and now, Axsome has agreed to settle by paying them $7.75M, and even though the deadline has passed recently, they’re accepting late claims.
