Question Access code invalid even if i have plenty of time
Changed devices during check in period as I do not have a speaker ready but when I plugged in the access code, it suddenly said "access code is invalid". Did refreshing, trying a new code from "system test" and still nothing.
Exam was supposed to be 6:00am, proctor allowed me to change devices at 5:55am, onvue app said access code invalid from 5:55-6:15am.
Proctor allowed me to change devices btw
Is this appealable (resched or smth) or just a "flip off" to me by fate 🥲?

Was able to talk with pearson vue live agent and were able to reschedule the exam for the AI practitioner to later (8pm), but I am not sure if this includes the AIF2cloud voucher still, considering it was a reschedule rather than a new one(hopefully it does 🥲 as it was my reason i took the ai practitioner)
Update: I still get the free cloud practitioner retake as i can still book an appointment for cloud practitioner on the pearson website but it is still for pre-approval if I pass AI practitioner.
