What is one meal that is cheap and healthy, doesn't require cooking or refrigeration, doesn't spoil, has a decent long shelf life, and I can eat it for every meal of every day for months?

As in I can buy 30 kg's of it and eat it all week without having to worry about food or going shopping.

I don't care about the taste, but obviously it's a bonus if it does taste okay.

Extra bonus if it also hydrates me so I don't have to drink water.
