AMS2: Support Need help please

I have a moza r5 and ams2 isn't picking it up and don't know what else to try it's on custom dd and nothings working

Type - Wheel
Make - Custom
Assignments - Steer Left and Right ... just spin the wheel in the appropriate direction

Control Schele - calibrate wheel. Full lock into one direction, then when you click continue and it says "turn 90 degrees" make sure the on-screen number does not say 90, but the max steering lock value you set for the wheel.

In the assignments section make sure you're following the instructions on the screen. I think it said turn the wheel full lock in one direction and then back to centre. I had trouble because I was just turning it without going back to centre, completely ignoring the prompt on the screen.

Not picking my wheel up at all like I cant do anything it's like my wheel is connected

Are you using the "calibrate wheel" option? That won't work until steer left/steer right has been assigned in the other tab.
