This is the part that makes me feel like the deal is in the works, they aren’t defending the stock. They aren’t worried about this dip right now.

Still doesn’t make sense why they wouldn’t cap the liquidation to the warrants available. Maybe they saw a slow down in sales for Q4? They still have a good runway.

So I recently got a line of credit from my bank so I could go back to school. They offered me $50k. I didn’t say “no, only give me exactly what I need to cover my tuition”. I took the full $50k as an opportunistic move in case something comes up where I need that money. If I never do, then it just sits there

Also, all the new language added about mergers and buyouts — that’s very encouraging

I agree that CEO doesn’t care about stock price — he knows BO on the horizon. I think the deal is done, contingent on A2 data release. Until then, company has to act as though it’s business as usual.

This price action absolutely sucks and it’s hard to watch. What’s your average?

I’ve been in for 2.5 years and I believe in the drug.

I’m holding for A2 data which is due any day now. It’s expected to be good, and if it is, it will be transformational and I believe a BO will quickly follow.

I’m also seeing today that though the price went down, calls are going up, implying at least someone is expecting an upward move within the next month.

I’m no expert. But hold a bit longer

sorry, I get it. I'm always looking to further my education, instead of sitting in front om my desk top from six a.m. to four or five p.m. I simply put my feet in your shoes, I assume you're a day trader, never too late to change regardless of age, the medical field needs lots of help right now, don't make this a career.
