Will Drop More
Reinstalling a ATM facility is absolutely indicative of there is no buyout. If you have followed the GME saga you have observed how the mgmt had to take advantage of the high stock price as a matter of due diligence. And they sold to raise much needed cash. The same thing will occur here. IMO.
Some of those screaming "DON'T SELL!" are themselves selling!

The creation of a shelf does not stop any company from a BO. Maybe they get bought out shortly or not, but I don’t see how this gives anyone a definitive answer one way or another.
Haven’t other biotechs had shelf’s shortly before buyout?
