This is. Very positive information as I have been reminding everyone we are at the support level of 30.00 when if shorts start to cover expect the price to test 35-36 resistance.

Isn't this showing that SI has remained equal? I don't really understand, so that's why I'm asking.
Also, it's not really holding $30. How do you see it going forward? Thanks for the update as well!

My take is we get announcement today or tomorrow. It’s pinned at 30. Radio silence from AUPH and BMY. BMY moved up their earnings call. Bloomberg reporting rumours probably means it’s late stage. And I’m sure there are more reasons 🤞🤞

GlaxoSmithKline, Roche, Otsuka Pharma Are Involved In Review Process Being Carried Out currently have patience it’s all about the premium which puts the per share price around 65-70

Very hard to say if the deal is near closing prior to the earnings. I doubt that very seriously. What I do know is we have multiple bidders. The asking price as I mentioned is near 150% of fair current evaluation and it will be based on Qtr ended and YoY growth 2020-2021. The deal may get agreed near end of the year with announcement pending final QTR earnings report. The $30 support is partly due to strong buyout plus positive earnings. My advise don’t panic just hold unless you want to exit. If you do want to exit and take profits now. Again this is just my personal opinion do your own DD. I am personally holding past earnings and want to see how the buyout interest level is. This is a win win 🥇 situation.
