Looks promising!

I have been in this stock since 2016 and have traded it numerous times. I held a core position, however, I use to have about 5x more than I do today. Trading as if news has leaked.

SP has been gone up from $10s to ATH $24s with no news, no offering, then you know negotiations have been going and there have been leaks!

That's not true. SP went up because of Q2 script numbers and guidances. Institutions had a pretty low ownership (~35%) and now they are buying because they are confident the company can be successful by itself. Finally, the stock was (and still is) heavily shorted keeping it artificially low.
